Hi! The PP came super fast and I was pleased. I thought that I ordered it customized with my dancers name on it and paid for it but it was not customized. Its still pretty and does what I need, I am a little disappointed that I made that mistake.

You ordered A Pom Pony with custom faux rhinestones which is what we sent you. We do offer a custom Pom Pony with names embroidered on them, but that is not what you ordered. Glad to hear despite the confusion you are still pleased with your Pom Pony.

We really like our pom pony. I do feel like the price of them is pretty high for what you get but they serve the purpose and do hold the Poms well.
